As a jefferson county police explorer, what do you carry?

Im 16 and want to join the Jefferson County Police Explorer program. Does anyone know what they carry. (Ex. handcuffs, flashlight, radio, etc.) I know that i can't carry a gun or taser. But what about the rest of the stuff?
