If God has the power & wisdom to do his will, why would the Big Bang be "impossible" in producing a universe?

I'm baffled when my fellow Bible-believing Christians tell me that "The Big Bang Theory is absurd because order can't come from disorder!" Of course, order comes from disorder all of the time in the world around us. But even if it were rare, why would any Christian doubt that God could utilize some process to produce whatever God wishes to produce?
