What do I do if I'm being sued for copyright infringement?

If you buy printed material and later decide that you don't want it, you're free to sell it to someone else. It's not illegal to sell a book that you purchased legally to begin with. So as long as you haven't made any copies of the study guide, you should have nothing to worry about.
