Do I need to pay my jewish neighbors??????????

A few months ago, a jewish family moved in next door. they always wear nice clothing, wear those hat things and talk in hebrew. Well one day they mowed my lawn without telling me. i said thank you to them when I saw them, they said "thats what neighbors are for" They then moved my lawn like 3 other times over the months. Today a bill came to my door signed by a lawyer that demands 900 bucks!! I don`t need to pay it right??
