Hard Candy Movie - Does anybody get the ending?

Any guy who's been castrated and faces prison is going to kill himself. About overpowering her, he exerted a lot of energy to get out of the ropes and lost a lot of blood. And him wandering around the house, I'm pretty sure he was looking for something that would incriminate him to see if it was there.
