Best way to neutralize someone?

Let's say I dont just want someone to go "ow that hurts!" I need them to be unable to fight back for at least 2 mins. Bear Mace? Taser? What do I need to get to take down +200lb people? A website that doesnt sell cheap crap would be greatly appreciated
