How would an dark skinned black man be treated in the asian society?

I was reading some articles on the internet and saw a video about how the majority of asian people dislike/ racist against dark skinned people. I had no clue until recently when I started searching information on Japan, China and India which left me baffled as I‘ve had asian friends. Now I say these countries because these are where I along with my friends were planning to travel to until I found out about the racial views within the asian community. Since I am a dark skinned black man (which probably makes things worse), do you think I would be better off avoiding these countries, even just for a short vacation?
