I have a live spider stuck inside my computer screen.?

I have a live spider stuck in my pc screen. I have no idea how it got inside. The problem is how do I get it out. I hasten to add this is not a wind up...I am genuinely baffled as to how it got in there and even more concerned as to get the blighter out.
