My dog is randomly standing in the corner of the room when he comes in?

Weird. Is there a reflection that's entrancing him? Maybe he feels a responsibility to use the potty pads and since he's just come indoors he's not sure what to give you. Remove them when your home and see if he still does it. Try not to worry on it too much. He's healthy and it's not causing any harm.
