Will the cops drop a investigation if they cant reach me or have enough evidence on the matter?

I got into a fight with my neighbor a couple nights ago at her house she attacked me but i fought back at the end i pulled out a taser gun then i left. i didnt call the cops but she did now i think she wants to press charges but can she do that if she hit me first? right now she only knows my first name and im not on the lease so the cops dont know how to reach me but i think their trying to reach my boyfriend what should i do.I think the part that looks bad is when i left the scene becaue she called the cops and they got her side of the story and not mine but right now i dont know if i should keep dodging them or not, should i admit to the taser gun or not?
